• Where are the assistants located?

Our agency and assistants are located in the United States.

• Can an assistant work for me even though I'm located in a different country?

Yes, we service clients worldwide.

• How do I pay my assistant?

The assistants are paid on a bi-weekly basis. The first 50% prior to the beginning of the task, the last 50% 14 days after the first payment.

• What if I am late making a payment?

For everyday a payment is late, there will be a 3% charge added to the second payment prior to receiving final work.

• Do I get a team of assistants?

 No, you will be paired with one dedicated virtual assistant or executive virtual assistant, unless we are working with a large company.

• What happens if my assistant and I are not a good match ?

You will be assigned to a client success consultant, where you can report any misunderstandings and/or issues to your agent.

• What is the difference between a Virtual Assistant and an Executive Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant is better at easy one-off tasks or projects. A virtual executive assistant is better for long term, high trust or complex tasks.

• What security measures are in place to protect me and my information?

Every assistant is required to sign a confidentiality agreement in addition to being assigned to a work only computer with monitoring and security passcodes.

• Can my virtual assistant answer my phone?

Yes, you can have a virtual assistant have phone calls forwarded to their business phone, depending on the contracted hours.

• Are assistants available on the weekends?

No, our assistants are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST (unless they agree otherwise in their contract)

• What if I don't use all of my hours?

The hours do not roll over to the next following month. Going over your needs with a virtual assistant or executive virtual assistant will help advise the best number of hours needed.

• What if I go over on hours during my package?

Once reaching the end of your numbered package your assistant will contact you letting you know your hours are running low. Your assistant will also advise you of either adding on the "Bronze Treasure Package" or adding another "Treasure Package"/ to help meet your needs.

• What if I want to hire a full time assistant?

You will be paired with an Executive Virtual Assistant.

• Are Virtual Assistants only hired for work related tasks?

No, our Virtual Assistants and Executive Virtual Assistants are hired for work, startup business, and personal assistance long and short term.

• Is there anything my assistant can't do?

(1) Anything physical outside of remote duties.

(2) Anything outside of your contract agreement, if something changes, please consult with your assistant.

(3) Disrespect-we do not tolerate any disrespect from clients or assistants.
